Extra's Moves & Changes

If you require any extra hardware or software for your telephone system, please submit a request to the Engineering Helpdesk (this must be in writing, via fax or email). If you would like to discuss additions to your system in order to better meet your telecoms requirements please also contact the Helpdesk, where an engineer can then advise you on the next step. Alternatively an engineering visit can be arranged, to suit you, at your business premises to discuss your options and the best way forward.

For moves and changes to your telephone system, e.g. moving extensions, adding extensions, please also send a written request (via email or fax) to the Engineering Helpdesk, we will then contact you to discuss the proposed work and let you know when it can be carried out.

System Programming

For changes to your telephone system programming, e.g. name changes on display phones, phone extension number changes and changes to ring groups, please either fax or email them to Charabi, using the contact details below (these requests must be in writing via fax or email), providing as much detail as possible. An engineer will contact you as soon as the changes have been made.

Fault Reporting

If you have any problems with your phone system or a technical query related to system hardware or software please contact the Charabi Engineering Helpdesk using any of the following methods:

You will be given a fault reference number, which will enable you to check the progress of your enquiry.

Faults will be attended within two working days of receipt of the fault report, where working days are defined as 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Serious service affecting faults (e.g. complete system failure) will be responded to within 4 working hours. Out of hours maintenance is available on a chargeable basis, at a price applicable at the time.
